A well-established personal injury law firm in Clifton, NJ is seeking an experienced, bilingual Receptionist to join their team immediately. This is a key front-facing role for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys helping people, and can keep things running smoothly with confidence and professionalism.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage a high-volume, 10-line phone system with efficiency and accuracy
• Direct calls to the appropriate team members promptly
• Welcome clients and visitors with a warm, professional presence
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area
• Provide administrative support including scanning, filing, and handling incoming/outgoing mail

What You Bring

• Minimum 5 years’ experience handling a multi-line phone system
• Strong verbal communication skills with a friendly, polished phone manner
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
• Experience with Filevine is a plus
• Bilingual ability required
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
