Key Responsibilities
Community Support: Act as the first point of contact for residents, welcoming visitors and managing inquiries with empathy, professionalism, and care.
Bilingual Client Support: Deliver essential communication and assistance to community members in both English and Spanish.
Crisis & De-escalation Management: Actively listen to resident concerns, manage challenging or sensitive conversations, and effectively de-escalate situations using diplomacy and patience.
Departmental Admin Support: Support daily correspondence, manage records, handle data entry, and maintain organized digital and physical systems to keep operations running smoothly.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education & Focus: Recent graduate with a degree or strong interest in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Human Services, Communication, or a related field.
Language Skills: Fluency in both English and Spanish is strictly required.
