Responsibilities

• Complete PLACE Launch and build a strong foundation in The FI Team’s tools and processes.
• Prospect consistently, follow up with leads, and turn conversations into appointments.
• Help buyers evaluate homes and investment opportunities, then guide them from consultation to a signed agreement.
• Help sellers price, prepare, and market their homes with a strategy that fits their goals.
• Negotiate confidently for clients and keep their long-term interests at the center of every deal.
• Host at least two open houses each month to meet clients and grow your business.
• Track your pipeline and client activities in PLACE Technology so every opportunity gets the right follow-up.
• Show up for weekly coaching, script practice, training, and team activities—and contribute to a culture where agents help each other grow.

Qualifications

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.
