A bit about us:

Our client is a large, nationally recognized law firm with a footprint spanning nearly twenty offices across the United States and a headcount well into the hundreds of attorneys. Founded in the late nineteenth century, the firm has grown over more than a century into a full service practice covering litigation, finance, intellectual property, business transactions, and real estate. Its real estate finance group is consistently ranked among the top tier of practices in the country, known for handling complex debt and equity transactions on behalf of lenders, developers, investors, and institutional clients across every major asset class, including multifamily, hospitality, mixed use, and large scale commercial developments. The group has played a role in some of the most significant financing and development projects in its home region and maintains an active national practice advising on senior and subordinate loans, construction financing, bridge lending, and mezzanine facilities.

Why join us?

This is an opportunity to join one of the most respected real estate finance practices in the country, working alongside partners and senior attorneys who are regularly recognized in leading legal industry rankings. The group handles sophisticated, high value transactions for a client roster that includes major financial institutions, private equity sponsors, developers, and public entities, giving associates exposure to significant deal work early in their careers. The firm has a reputation for investing in its attorneys through structured mentorship, cross office collaboration, and genuine pathways to partnership, rather than treating associates as interchangeable staff. Compensation is competitive with the top of the market, and the firm has built a culture around efficiency, collegiality, and long term attorney retention, reflected in tenure numbers that outpace many peer firms. Attorneys here also benefit from a national platform, meaning even those based in smaller markets get access to the deal flow and resources of a firm with a truly national practice.
