A bit about us:

Our client is an established commercial construction company serving the Greater Boston and New England market. They have built a strong reputation for delivering quality projects while maintaining long-term relationships with owners, architects, subcontractors, and other project partners.

Their work spans a variety of commercial construction environments, providing project leaders with the opportunity to manage projects that require strong coordination, attention to detail, and hands-on leadership.

The company is continuing to grow and is looking to add an experienced Project Manager who can take ownership of projects from preconstruction through closeout.

Why join us?

This is an opportunity for a Project Manager who wants real ownership of their projects and the ability to make an impact.

You'll work closely with company leadership, Superintendents, subcontractors, clients, and design teams rather than getting lost in layers of corporate bureaucracy. The PM will have a direct influence on project strategy, financial performance, scheduling, client relationships, and overall project success.

The ideal candidate will have the autonomy to run their projects while still having the support of an experienced construction team behind them.
