Job Description

Lead all phases of ground-up data center construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. Manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractor relationships to ensure successful delivery. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and healthcare stakeholders to maintain compliance with medical standards and regulations. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and infection control measures. Provide leadership to project teams and foster a culture of collaboration and accountability.

• 7+ years of experience in commercial construction project management, with a focus on data center facilities.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale ground-up projects.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare construction standards and regulations.
• Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management software (Procore, MS Project, etc.).
