They are known for their employee-focused culture, professional development opportunities, and year-round project stability.Key ResponsibilitiesManage multiple commercial construction projects from award through closeoutOversee project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationshipsLead project planning, procurement, and execution effortsCoordinate closely with field teams, architects, engineers, and ownership groupsMonitor project costs and proactively identify and mitigate risksEnsure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budgetUtilize Procore and other project management tools to maintain project documentation and reportingConduct project site visits as needed while remaining primarily office-basedMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
