Position Description
The OMalley School of Business invites applications for the position of Program Coordinator, Student Success & Engagement. This role supports and helps execute OMSBs student success strategy, including student engagement, academic progression, career readiness, and post-graduate outcomes. The Coordinator helps implement and maintain programs that connect students to experiential learning, internships, employer networks, and alumni. Working collaboratively across academic and administrative units, this role helps ensure OMSB students are engaged, supported, and prepared to achieve strong career outcomes. This position reports to the Dean of the OMalley School of Business.
This is an in-person, on-campus, non-remote position.
Job Responsibilities
The Coordinator supports the day-to-day operations of student engagement initiatives that enhance retention, belonging, and professional development.
Serve as a liaison between OMSB and the Center for Career Development.
Contribute to admissions, alumni engagement, accreditation and other school initiatives.
