- Accurately read and execute the daily prep sheet.
- Prepare all items following The Hangar's legendary recipes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked walk-in refrigerator.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of all kitchen equipment.
- Adhere to all storage, rotation (FIFO), safety, and sanitation practices.
