Description

Responsibilities:


  • ·       Daily operations of Homeowner Associations and Office Condominiums. 
  • ·       Act as the primary contact between the Board of Directors and members of the Association. 
  • ·       Provide strong leadership and support on behalf of the Board of Directors. 
  • ·       Build relationships through engagement with the members of the Association.
  • ·       Review and understand documents of the Association. 
  • ·       Troubleshoot and navigate projects at the direction of the Board of Directors.
  • ·       Effectively work with others to achieve common goals through communication, teamwork, and problem-solving. 
  • ·       Coordinate and attend routine board meetings, including creating and circulating the agenda and board packet. Board meetings are primarily virtual.
  • ·       Support, facilitate, and implement community operations as outlined in the Association’s legal documents to achieve the objectives of the Board of Directors. 
  • ·       Broker, facilitate and secure contracts and proposals for consideration by the board members. 
  • ·       Read and understand financial statements. 
  • ·       Compile data and provide an annual draft budget to the board members. 
  • ·       Amenity operations to ensure the amenity center is run efficiently and promoting client satisfaction.

Education:


  • ·       Valid driver’s license and state-mandated vehicle insurance
  • ·       3 + years in community management (HOA) field
  • ·       Community manager courses and/or certifications or a commitment to obtain during employment
  • ·       Associate degree or similar preferred but not required.

Compensation and Benefits:


  • ·       Full time management position
  • ·       Total compensation and benefits package ranges from $80-$100K depending on industry credentials and previous job experience.
