Location: SW Houston located near the Beltway/Richmond 
Length: Indefinite temporary opening 
Hours: Working 20-30 hours/week 
Pay Rate: $30-45/hr., DOE    Additional Details: 
  • Start- up company 
  • 15-20 people in the office 
  • Casual environment – most people wear jeans and a polo/blazer – casual but conservative 
  • Current OM gave notice yesterday – she took a full-time role 
  • They do want someone with true OM experience, but they are open on the number of years 
  • They are in the office on Tuesdays and Thursdays… this person needs to be able to commit to being onsite both days.  The other hours will be working remotely. 
  • Our client would like to review resumes on Monday/Tuesday, interview, and have someone start IMMEDIATELY! 
   Job Duties: 
  • This person will be responsible for organizing lunches for the executives, having food catered in for events, organizing company events, stocking supplies 
  • They are having an office built out of state and this person will be working closely with vendors on the build-out – needs great communication skills 
  • Needs to have solid MS Office experience – will be managing calendars in Outlook 
  • Will be working very closely and reporting to the Chief of Staff who sits out of San Francisco
