We're hiring an Account Executive to lead client relationships, drive retention, and deliver high-impact insurance and risk management strategies - with a focus on healthcare clients.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a client-facing, consultative environment and is comfortable engaging with executive leadership while managing complex commercial accounts.

About the Role
The Account Executive serves as the strategic lead for a portfolio of Property & Casualty clients, with a strong focus on healthcare organizations. This role owns the client relationship, leads service delivery, and partners closely with Producers to support growth and retention.
You'll bring a proactive, forward-thinking approach - anticipating client needs, guiding coverage decisions, and delivering thoughtful risk management strategies. This role regularly engages with senior leadership, including C-suite stakeholders, and requires confidence, strong communication skills, and technical expertise.
