Position Overview The Operations Specialist plays a vital role in keeping the firm running smoothly day to day. This position supports multiple departments by handling audits, firmwide requests, front desk and phone coverage, mail processing, and operational tasks that require accuracy, reliability, and sound judgment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in organization and follow-through, and understands how small details can have a big impact across an organization.
