Key Responsibilities:
- Membership Sales: Implement strategies to meet and exceed sales targets for memberships.
- Revenue Growth: Increasing studio revenue through promotions and events.
- Community Outreach: Engage with the local community to promote CycleBar and build relationships with potential members.
- Staff Cleanliness: Ensure that the studio is clean and presentable for members.
- Studio Communication: Handle studio emails and ensure timely responses to member inquiries.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales and customer service, preferably (2+ years) in the fitness industry.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A go-getter attitude with a passion for fitness and community engagement.
