We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented
Office Manager to lead our team and provide optimal dental health. This hands-on leader will play an intricate role in our success by executing all areas of our practice at the highest level. This is a true leadership role that requires a seasoned professional to navigate the daily operations
.What you'll do as an Office Manager:- Manage daily operations to exceed goals including scheduling, revenue optimization, expense control, and P&L responsibility
- Deliver treatment plan presentations and effectively communicate recommended treatments to patients, helping them understand the importance of their oral health and moving forward with treatment
- Partner with the Dentist(s) to lead the team by developing a collaborative, positive environment to support each member's success and development
- Deliver a superior patient experience demonstrating compassion, responsiveness and sensitivity to patient needs
- Complete all administrative tasks accurately and timely
What you'll bring:- Bachelor's degree in a business or healthcare discipline preferred, but not required
- Three (3) years' experience as a Dental Office Manager with knowledge of dental practice operations, terminology, procedures, and insurance claims/billing, P&L responsibility
- Pediatric Dental Office leadership experience strongly preferred, but not required
- Multi-unit leadership experience preferred, but not required
- Highly effective in treatment plan presentations and gaining case acceptance
- Effective leadership style with the ability to set clear expectations, hold the team accountable, and create a supportive culture inspiring the best out of others
- Excellent time management and analytical skills with the ability to quickly resolve issues
- Excellent communication skills with both the team and patients
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products and working with dental software
- Stable work history demonstrated on your resume
