Our well-established client located near Albany, NY is currently seeking an Office Manager to join their growing team. This is a temporary-to-hire position.
Responsibilities of the Office Manager will include:
- Perform clerical and administrative functions to drive company success
- Search for jobs to bid on and permits for projects
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Answer inbound telephone calls in a professional manner
- Typing and sending proposals to clients
- Data Entry using Microsoft Access
- Sending material submittals to general contractors and architects
- Perform all other office tasks as required
Qualifications of the Office Manager:
- Previous experience in office administration or related fields
- Knowledge of permit bidding and construction services
- Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
Pay for this position is commensurate with experience and education, ranging roughly from $22-24hr.
