The
Office Coordinator provides critical administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth daily operations of the organization. This role manages communications, maintains accurate physical and digital records, supports Accounts Payable and financial reporting processes, coordinates office supplies and company events, and helps improve administrative workflows. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality, accuracy, and professionalism. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team environment.
Salary - $50,000.00 - $55,000.00

Minimum Requirements - 4+ years of administrative assistant or office coordination experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Familiarity with PakEnergy is preferred, but not required
- Accounts payable experience is preferred, but not required
- Prior experience in the oil and gas industry is an asset
- Experience enhancing or planning company events
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- High attention to detail with ability to maintain confidentiality
Key Responsibilities- Answers and directs phone calls and takes detailed messages.
- Creates, organizes, and maintains comprehensive permanent physical and digital files, as well as oil and gas well files.
- Acquires proficiency in company-specific software, such as PakEnergy to streamline and optimize data management processes.
- Assists with Accounts Payable and year-end financial reporting.
- Manages purchases of office supplies, company event gifts and holiday gifts.
- Performs other duties, tasks and special projects as assigned.
