The primary duties of the Office Coordinator are a variety of administrative functions for an office of professionals which include the following:
Assist in the composure of project documents, materials and reports.
Proofread project documents, materials and reports prepared by others.
Monitor budgets and handle specific accounting responsibilities including financial tracking of projects and basic progress reporting
Manage electronic and printed files in ProjectWise or SharePoint
Answer questions relating to company policies and procedures
Set up, attend and prepare meeting minutes for in person and virtual meetings
Coordinate and manage meeting facilities and arrangements
Phone coverage, reading and routing incoming mail, update office calendars, scheduling meetings, and ordering supplies
Professionally handle highly sensitive and confidential information.
Miscellaneous tasks/projects as requested
