Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Coordinator to support daily operations across IT, Human Resources, and Administrative functions. This role serves as a central point of coordination for the office, ensuring employees have the resources, technology, and administrative support needed to be successful. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support

  • Coordinate office operations, supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.

  • Manage calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and event logistics.

  • Maintain accurate records, files, and organizational documentation.

  • Assist with reporting, data entry, and process improvement initiatives.

Human Resources Support

  • Coordinate new hire onboarding and employee orientation activities.

  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation while ensuring confidentiality.

  • Assist with benefits administration, employee communications, and policy updates.

  • Support recruitment activities including scheduling interviews and candidate coordination.

Information Technology Support

  • Coordinate employee technology setup, equipment distribution, and system access.

  • Serve as the liaison between employees and external/internal IT support teams.

  • Track IT inventory including laptops, monitors, mobile devices, and software licenses.

  • Assist with troubleshooting basic technical issues and escalations.

Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.

  • 3+ years of experience in office administration, HR support, or operations.

  • Experience supporting IT coordination, employee onboarding, and office management activities.

  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with HRIS, payroll, or applicant tracking systems.

  • Knowledge of employee onboarding and benefits administration.

  • Experience managing office technology assets and vendor relationships.

  • Project coordination or operations support experience.

Pay Details: $20.00 to $24.00 per hour
