Position Overview:
Schwabe, Williamson & Wyatt is seeking a full-time, Office Assistant in our Portland office. This position is in person Monday through Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm, providing a variety of administrative support alongside other members within our Shared Services Center team as well as backup coverage to the receptionist.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to follow procedures with accuracy. This candidate must possess strong written and verbal communication skills. Success in this role requires the ability to take initiative, manage a variety of tasks with a positive demeanor, turn work around quickly, and contribute to a collaborative team environment
