Job Description and Duties
Under the general supervision of the Office Services Supervisor I, the Office Assistant (General) is responsible for reviewing traffic collision reports with minimal key entry and verifies data into the Statewide Integrated Traffic Records System (SWITRS) and/or into the oracle database for miscellaneous, non SWITRS jobs for the Mail Process File Unit.
