Position Overview

The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support across multiple departments, ensuring the office operates efficiently and professionally. This individual will serve as a key point of contact for employees, visitors, vendors, and clients while helping maintain an organized and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and manage front desk activities.

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails.

  • Coordinate meetings, conference room scheduling, and office events.

  • Manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor relationships.

  • Assist with travel arrangements, expense reports, and calendar management.

  • Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems.

  • Support onboarding activities for new employees.

  • Prepare documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and package deliveries.

  • Assist leadership and department teams with special projects and administrative tasks.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of administrative, office support, or customer service experience.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

  • Professional demeanor and strong attention to detail.

  • Experience supporting a growing company or startup environment is a plus.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with calendar management and scheduling.

  • Familiarity with office management software and collaboration tools.

  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to work.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Pay Details: $36.50 to $41.00 per hour
