Key Objectives

  • Maintain efficient office operations and administrative processes.
  • Provide comprehensive support to internal teams and external partners.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination across departments.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day office activities including scheduling, correspondence, and supply inventory.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes as needed.
  • Support HR functions such as onboarding, record keeping, and employee communications.
  • Assist with travel arrangements and expense reporting for staff.
  • Maintain filing systems and ensure documentation is accurate and up to date.
  • Serve as a point of contact for vendors, clients, and other external stakeholders.
  • Implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with finance to process invoices and track budgets.
  • Support special projects and events as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in office administration or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Familiarity with basic accounting or finance principles is a plus.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in office administration or coordination.
