Key Objectives
- Maintain efficient office operations and administrative processes.
- Provide comprehensive support to internal teams and external partners.
- Facilitate communication and coordination across departments.
- Ensure a well-organized, professional, and welcoming office environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office activities including scheduling, correspondence, and supply inventory.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes as needed.
- Support HR functions such as onboarding, record keeping, and employee communications.
- Assist with travel arrangements and expense reporting for staff.
- Maintain filing systems and ensure documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Serve as a point of contact for vendors, clients, and other external stakeholders.
- Implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with finance to process invoices and track budgets.
- Support special projects and events as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Proven experience in office administration or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.
- Familiarity with basic accounting or finance principles is a plus.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in office administration or coordination.
