Summary

  • Draft standard reports, memorandums, and presentation materials utilizing common office productivity tools.
  • Facilitate fundamental accounting duties, such as invoice processing and the administration of expense claims.
  • Act as the central liaison for all internal and external communications, routing inquiries to the relevant departments.
  • Track office supply levels and procure necessary items to maintain sufficient inventory.

Requirements

  • Experience: 0-1 year of prior experience in administrative support or office management.
  • Education: Completion of a high school diploma or equivalent; a certification in business administration is advantageous.
