NPI Material Planning Coordinator III

Job Description Working with NPI Planners\OPM''s daily while Supporting ENG material for new builds.

• Collaborate with schedulers, and managers to fulfill action requirements.
• Communicate effectively and escalate issues promptly across various platforms and to specific stakeholder
• Collaborate with engineers and the planning team on the release of runs
• Oversee, monitor, and facilitate the movement of components throughout the manufacturing process to ensure timely progression through our Vast locations

As a Material Planning Coordinator, you would support All FFA''s at the ATX Facility. You would be responsible for moving material throughout the facility, placing picks for rework and processing Point of Use replenishment requests as well as investigate any shortages and process possible non-conforming material in and out of PMRB. You would release Work orders into WIP and perform cycle counts and reconciliations of count discrepancies as well as process completed modules and subassemblies onto their next location. This position requires about 50% of your time spent on the computer and the other 50% moving throughout the factory and/or facility to the stockrooms and other factories. You will use Oracle ERP, Dataview, Sharepoint, iportal, PLM and Paperless, as well as Microsoft Excel and Outlook.Required Education, Experience, & Skills

• High school graduate with at least 2 years of related work experience, or associate degree.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, Ability to prioritize and multitask, and have a good understanding of Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Good work ethic and able to work independently.
• Experience in inventory management
• Experience in a manufacturing setting

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills HS Diploma or GED

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $57319 - $91710

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
