    Responsibilities:

    • Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for a roster of Real Money Gaming clients.

    • Manage ongoing client communication, priorities, deliverables, timelines, and follow-ups across multiple accounts.

    • Maintain a consistent pipeline of new creative assets and testing opportunities each week.

    • Review campaign and creative performance to identify trends, learnings, and opportunities that inform future rounds of creative.

    • Prepare weekly and monthly reporting decks that clearly communicate performance, key takeaways, creative learnings, and recommended next steps.

    • Lead client reporting calls, strategy meetings, creative reviews, and internal working sessions as needed.

    • Present creative concepts, performance insights, and recommendations confidently to both clients and internal teams.

    • Review creative assets prior to client delivery or launch to ensure accuracy, quality, brand alignment, and adherence to the brief.

    • Partner with designers, editors, producers, and other creative resources to provide clear feedback and move assets from concept through final delivery.

    • Maintain a strong understanding of each client’s products, offers, promotions, audiences, and competitive landscape.

    • Support major campaigns, promotions, product updates, and key sports or cultural moments as they arise.

    • Stay current on RMG, sports betting, casino, gaming, creative, platform, and consumer marketing trends.

    Ideal Background / Qualifications

    • 3+ years of experience in marketing, account management, creative strategy, digital marketing, or a related role.

    • Experience managing client relationships and serving as a primary point of contact.

    • Experience working within Real Money Gaming, sports betting, casino, DFS, gaming, or another regulated industry strongly preferred.

    • Strong understanding of paid digital marketing and how creative performance impacts campaign outcomes, without requiring hands-on media buying experience.
