• Pay Range: $70.00 - $76.92/hr on W2 (depending on experience)

Responsibilities Include:

Create a High-Velocity Experimentation Practice

• Build and manage an A/B testing roadmap focused on conversion rate optimization (CRO) across landing pages, forms, lifecycle journeys, creative assets, and digital channels.
• Develop hypotheses, define success metrics, coordinate test launches, and translate results into actionable recommendations.
• Build dashboards and scorecards that connect experiments to funnel performance, conversion outcomes, and business impact.

Build Lifecycle Monetization & Cross-Sell Programs

• Partner with channel and lifecycle strategists to develop programs that drive adoption, engagement, monetization, retention, and cross-sell opportunities.
• Define audience segments, triggers, customer journeys, messaging strategies, and next-best-action programs.
• Analyze lifecycle performance and identify opportunities to improve customer engagement and conversion.

Drive Integrated Campaign Execution

• Own campaign planning and execution across priority audiences and digital channels.
• Translate marketing strategies into executable project plans with clear owners, milestones, dependencies, and launch criteria.
• Coordinate web, lifecycle, paid media, creative, and agency partners to successfully launch integrated campaigns.

Lead With AI

• Utilize AI and agentic workflows to increase speed, scale, and operational efficiency.
• Create reusable prompts, workflows, templates, and lightweight AI agents to support campaign planning and execution.
• Evaluate emerging AI capabilities and implement successful approaches across the broader marketing organization.

Lead Creative Agency Delivery

• Manage agency workflows from creative brief through final asset delivery.
• Ensure marketing assets are developed and deployed effectively across web, lifecycle, and paid media channels.
• Monitor timelines, identify risks, and drive projects to completion.

Required Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, lifecycle marketing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), or integrated digital marketing.
• Proven success delivering integrated campaigns across web, email/lifecycle marketing, paid media, and creative channels.
• Hands-on experience building lifecycle programs focused on adoption, engagement, retention, monetization, or cross-sell.
• Strong experience leading A/B testing and experimentation programs from hypothesis creation through analysis and optimization.
• Experience managing creative agencies and coordinating cross-functional marketing teams.
• Ability to build actionable dashboards, funnel reports, and campaign performance scorecards.
• Demonstrated use of AI, automation, or agentic workflows to improve marketing execution.
• Strong analytical, project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with marketing automation, experimentation, analytics, content management, and paid media platforms.
• Knowledge of audience segmentation, triggered journeys, next-best-action programs, and full-funnel measurement.
• Experience designing reusable AI-enabled marketing workflows or lightweight agents.
• Experience marketing to technical, developer, or product-focused audiences.
