Marketing Coordinator

About the Position

Pacific Horizons Group is seeking an organized and motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our Los Angeles team. This position supports the coordination of marketing initiatives, promotional activities, events, and customer-focused projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day marketing activities and promotional initiatives.
• Assist with preparing presentations, informational materials, and promotional resources.
• Assist with customer and client-facing promotional activities.
• Support event preparation, setup, and coordination.
• Communicate project updates to appropriate team members.
• Assist with gathering feedback from customers and event participants.
• Provide general coordination support for marketing and business development projects.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional and personable approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, people-focused setting.
• Previous marketing, customer service, event, or administrative experience is a plus.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
