About the Role
In this position, you'll focus on generating new maintenance and service agreement business while building lasting relationships with commercial clients. You'll be working directly with property managers, facility leaders, and business owners, learning how to position services, identify needs, and develop trust over time.
This is a relationship-based sales role with a longer sales cycle. Success doesn't happen overnight - it comes from consistency, follow-up, and the ability to stay engaged with prospects over time.
What You'll Be Responsible For
Prospecting and developing new commercial maintenance opportunities
Reaching out to potential clients through calls and in-person visits
Setting meetings with decision-makers and building professional relationships
Identifying service needs and presenting maintenance agreement solutions
Using available tools and data to target and prioritize outreach
Maintaining ongoing communication with prospects and clients

$80,000-$100,000 total compensation (base + commission) at start

Required Qualifications:
Previous sales experience (B2B preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with the ability to manage time effectively
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Basic computer proficiency (Word, Outlook, Excel)
Background in HVAC, plumbing, or mechanical services is preferred
Experience in technical or service-based sales is a plus
Exposure to estimating or construction-related environments is a plus
Work Hours
Full-time | 40+ hours per week - 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM Monday through Friday
