OverviewWe are seeking a Consumer Arbitration & Litigation attorney to support a leading financial services client with a high-volume portfolio of consumer arbitrations. This is a hands‑on opportunity for a lawyer who enjoys active case management, litigation strategy, and direct advocacy.ResponsibilitiesManage a portfolio of consumer arbitration matters from inception through resolution.Review evidence, including customer communications and recorded calls, to develop case strategy.Handle discovery and collaborate with in‑house legal stakeholders on case management.Represent the client in arbitration hearings and other dispute resolution proceedings.Effectively manage interactions with opposing counsel and advance matters toward resolution.QualificationsActive Florida bar license.Litigation experience, including courtroom, hearing, or advocacy experience.Ability to independently manage a caseload and work with minimal supervision.Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and communication skills.Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.Preferred SkillsArbitration experience, particularly consumer arbitration matters.Experience in consumer financial services, debt‑related disputes, or similar litigation.CompensationThe estimated total compensation for full‑time Axiom attorney roles is $104,500–325,000 per year. Compensation decisions are based on various factors, including, but not limited to, experience, skills, certifications, location, and business needs.
