Its attorneys represent public and private companies, entrepreneurs, institutions, developers, executives and individuals in sophisticated matters locally and nationally. The firm offers the quality of work typically associated with a larger platform while maintaining a collaborative, tight-knit culture where associates receive meaningful responsibility, direct client exposure and hands-on mentorship.
The litigation group handles a broad range of complex disputes, including:
Commercial and business litigation
Contract and shareholder disputes
Real estate, land use and environmental litigation

The firm’s litigators routinely handle sophisticated matters in Massachusetts state and federal courts, administrative proceedings, arbitrations and appeals and have a track record of handling precedent-setting and high-stakes disputes.
Why join us?
Associates are given meaningful responsibility early, work directly with experienced attorneys and clients, and handle sophisticated matters without being lost in a large-firm hierarchy.
