A prestigious international law firm is seeking a Legal Executive Assistant to join its Chicago office. This is a full-time opportunity supporting 2-3 senior attorneys within the litigation practice. The role is highly visible and offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced attorneys in a collaborative, professional, and team-oriented environment.This position operates on a 35-hour work week, Monday through Friday, with hours of 8:30/9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The role follows a hybrid schedule of four days in the office and one day remote. Compensation ranges from $75K-$100K , depending on experience.The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of legal administrative experience supporting litigation attorneys and possess strong organizational, communication, and project management skills. The firm is seeking someone with an executive presence who is polished, flexible, detail-oriented, and comfortable supporting busy attorneys in a fast-paced environment.
