Talis Group’s client is an established and reputable, large law firm located in the East End of Louisville with a primary practice around litigation. They are hiring a Support Specialist to manage the intake process of new and prospective clients either on the phone, in person or by email. Salary for this position is $45,000/year and includes a generous benefits package. Hours are Monday – Friday 8:30-5:00pm
Highlighted Duties:
Answer, screen, and field phone calls from potential and current clients
Interview prospective clients by phone, email, or in-person to become familiar with their cases
Evaluating prospective clients’ claims to determine whether they are in line with the areas of practice and experience of the firm
Request needed documentation and records, including medical records and more.
Manage analyzing data from marketing sources & provide intel on where the leads originated from
Follow up on reviews from social media applications such as Google, Facebook, etc.
Highlighted Requirements:
1-2 years of progressive Customer Service experience
Previous legal support experience not required but a plus!
Knowledge of medical terminology and health insurance preferred
Experience with medical records preferred
Ability to type 50 wpm
Strong customer service skills
Strong interpersonal skills with highly effective oral and written communication skills
Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Outlook)
