We are seeking a Key Account Manager to join the Sales Offsite Construction / Prefabrication & Modular Construction team at ROCKWOOL Core Solutions.
While the role is formally based in our Cigacice office, it involves frequent travel. Therefore, we are open to candidates across Poland, ideally located in major cities with good airport access.
This is an individual contributor role (no direct reports). You will be hands-on in prospecting and building a customer pipeline from scratch.

You will join a European team of Key Account Managers, closely collaborating with colleagues based in different locations. The team focuses on developing new business opportunities and building long-term partnerships in the Offsite Construction / Prefabrication & Modular Construction area.
This is a proactive, growth-oriented environment where curiosity, teamwork and ownership are key.
