Interim Talent Acquisition Coordinator
We are currently seeking candidates for an Interim Talent Acquisition Coordinator at a global asset management company in Boston, MA 02116.
The ideal candidate will have 2 years of human resources/recruiting coordination experience.
This is a temporary role (est. 6 months with the possibility of extension) and will pay between $30.00-$38.00 per hour (based on relative work experience) within a 40-hour work week.
On-site 3 days per week.
Starts November 18th, 2026.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate the interview process, including scheduling in-person, video, and phone interviews for multiple recruiters and business hiring teams.
- Conduct phone interviews to prescreen candidates and make recommendations to recruiters and hiring managers.
- Ensure new hire paperwork is completed on time for necessary processing
- Ensure all background, references, and clearances have been completed
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum of 2 years of human resources/recruiting coordination experience
- Proficient in MS Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Exhibit a high degree of initiative in managing multiple priorities simultaneously
- Ability to work with frequent interruptions and adapt to changes in workflow
