What You'll Do

  • Respond promptly to inbound homeowner inquiries.
  • Build rapport and establish trust with every prospect.
  • Qualify motivated sellers through thoughtful conversations.
  • Schedule appointments for our Acquisition team.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and detailed notes.
  • Follow up consistently with prospects throughout the sales cycle.
  • Coordinate with acquisitions to ensure smooth lead handoffs.
  • Represent the company with professionalism and empathy in every interaction.
  • Help improve lead conversion through communication, accountability, and process improvement.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of inside sales, lead management, appointment setting, or customer success experience.
  • Excellent phone presence with strong active listening skills.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Comfortable using CRMs and technology.
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a remote environment.
  • Growth mindset with a desire to develop into a future Sales Leader.
  • Experience in real estate investing, wholesaling, or residential real estate is highly preferred.
