THE WORK:
- Youll provide executive leadership and overall management of all project phases including pre‑construction, procurement support, construction, testing, and commissioning.
- Youll oversee multiple design‑build and/or alternative delivery contracts, ensuring alignment with project scope, schedule, and budget objectives.
- Youll serve as the primary liaison with client executive leadership, project controls, legal, and third‑party stakeholders, including local jurisdictions and regulatory agencies.
- Youll lead contract administration activities including change management, claims avoidance and resolution, risk management, and compliance with contract requirements.
- Youll establish and enforce project governance, reporting structures, and performance metrics consistent with rail standards and FTA requirements.
- Youll direct multidisciplinary teams including construction management, design support, quality assurance, safety, environmental compliance, and stakeholder coordination.
- Youll coordinate closely with Cities within the project corridor to manage permitting, utility relocations, traffic control, and community impacts.
- Youll oversee implementation of project controls systems including cost management, scheduling, and risk tracking, ensuring proactive identification and mitigation of issues.
- Youll lead executive‑level reporting, including preparation of briefings, Board reports, and stakeholder presentations.
- Youll foster a collaborative, solutions‑oriented environment to resolve issues at the lowest level and maintain project momentum.
- Flexible: The work location for this role will include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office or center.

$250,000 - $325,000 a year
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Illinois, Minnesota, California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey, Ohio or Washington as set forth below.
