Human Resources ManagerWe are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead all HR functions for a large, global manufacturing organization. This individual will serve as a strategic business partner to site and business leadership while providing hands-on leadership across employee relations, labor relations, talent management, performance management, compensation, compliance, and organizational development.Job DescriptionServe as the primary HR leader for a global company overseeing multiple sites within Ohio.Partner with plant/site leadership and corporate HR teams to drive organizational effectiveness and business performance.Lead labor relations activities, including collective bargaining agreement administration, grievance management, contract interpretation, and union partnership initiatives.Advise leaders on employee relations matters, performance management, investigations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.Ensure compliance with all federal, state, local, and international employment laws and regulations.Drive talent acquisition, workforce planning, succession planning, onboarding, and retention strategies.Lead annual performance review, compensation, and workforce planning processes.Support organizational change management and employee engagement initiatives.Analyze workforce metrics and provide recommendations to improve productivity, retention, and culture.Partner with Environmental Health & Safety teams to promote a safe and compliant workplace.Manage HR policies, procedures, and programs while ensuring consistency across locations.Coach and develop people leaders on employee management best practices.Lead and develop HR team members where applicable.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
