Human Resources ManagerA leading construction company is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead all HR functions across field and corporate operations. This individual will serve as a strategic partner to leadership, driving talent acquisition, employee engagement, workforce planning, compliance, performance management, and employee development initiatives that support company growth and operational excellence.Lead all human resources activities including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and compliance.Partner with operational leaders to support workforce planning, performance management, and organizational development.Develop and implement talent acquisition and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent.Manage employee relations matters, investigations, coaching, counseling, and conflict resolution.Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.Oversee benefits administration, compensation programs, HR policies, and payroll coordination.Lead employee engagement, training, leadership development, and succession planning initiatives.Track HR metrics and identify opportunities to improve workforce effectiveness and employee satisfaction.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
