Position Summary
As an HR Sales Consultant, you''ll help businesses navigate HR challenges through tailored solutions for compliance, onboarding, employee relations, and more. You''ll drive new business, develop client relationships, and uncover opportunities to help our clients succeed.
What You''ll Do
- Prospect, build relationships, and close new business.
- Identify client needs and recommend customized HR solutions.
- Grow existing client relationships and identify new opportunities.
- Partner with internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
- Build your network and represent Coastal at industry events.
What We''re Looking For
- 2+ years of sales or consulting experience, ideally in HR, HCM, or a related field.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and consultative selling skills.
- A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
- A professional, growth-minded team player who takes ownership.
