Position Summary
Our client is seeking a Human Resources Manager to serve as a strategic partner to leadership while overseeing key human resources initiatives that support employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, talent development, and compliance. This role will provide guidance across a wide range of HR functions and help drive people-focused programs that align with business objectives.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Human Resources professional who enjoys balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution. What You'll Do
- Partner with leadership to provide guidance on employee relations, workforce planning, and organizational development
- Lead full-cycle talent acquisition efforts, including recruiting, onboarding, and hiring support
- Support compensation and total rewards programs, including market analysis and salary administration
- Serve as a resource for employee benefits, wellness initiatives, and engagement programs
- Manage employee relations matters, including coaching, investigations, conflict resolution, and performance management
- Develop and implement training, leadership development, and succession planning initiatives
- Oversee HR systems, employee data, reporting, and workforce analytics
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies
- Support organizational change initiatives and continuous improvement efforts
- Maintain HR policies, procedures, and documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and workforce needs
- Provide guidance and support to managers on employee-related matters
- Assist with special projects and strategic HR initiatives as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 7+ years of progressive Human Resources experience
- Professional HR certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements
- Experience supporting talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and performance management
- Experience working with HRIS, payroll, recruiting, and workforce management systems
- Strong business acumen and ability to align HR initiatives with organizational goals
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive and confidential information
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and project management abilities
- Ability to work effectively with employees and leaders at all levels of an organization
