We're Hiring: HR Generalist
We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our team and support key people initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle processes
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding
- Partner with managers and employees on HR-related matters
- Maintain HR records, policies, and compliance requirements
- Support employee engagement and performance initiatives
- Assist with payroll, benefits, and other HR programs
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in a generalist HR role
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
