About the Role:Quality of Life Hospice LLC is looking for a compassionate and organized Entry-Level Office Assistant to join our dedicated team in Las Vegas, NV. Responsibilities:- Provide front-office administrative support including answering phones and managing correspondence
- Maintain and organize patient records, files, and documentation in compliance with hospice regulations
- Schedule appointments and coordinate communication between clinical staff, patients, and families
- Assist with data entry, and medical records management
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and electronic communications
- Support the care team with supply ordering, inventory tracking, and office organization
- Ensure a welcoming, calm, and professional office environment at all times
Requirements:- High school diploma or GED required
- Bilingual in English and Spanish or English and Tagalog.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Compassionate, professional demeanor with sensitivity to patients and grieving families
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA guidelines
