Overview

AgentSync is hiring a Head of Legal to build our legal strategy and provide guidance across the business, with a strong focus on SaaS commercial and transactional agreements. We are looking for someone who can think about legal strategy in a comprehensive way and be a resident expert in providing advice and counsel on a broad range of various industry and litigation strategies that support the organization’s overall mission. You will be able to operate independently in a high growth environment and work collaboratively and proactively with our executive team, as well as cross-functionally with business partners.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with the company’s go-to-market and product teams from inception to product development and beyond to identify potential legal risks and provide risk-mitigation counseling
  • Maintain knowledge of the company’s legal documents and operations 
  • Work on transactional agreements and commercial agreements process and templates
  • Wear many hats and roll up the sleeves where needed

What You’ll Bring

  • Juris Doctorate degree from ABA accredited law school
  • Must be a bar member in good standing of an applicable state
  • 6+ years of legal experience, including 2+ years working in house at a SaaS firm
  • Experience in commercial transactions 


Location
Our ideal candidate will live within 25 miles of our office in Denver. Other states we're able to consider candidates in CA, CO, CT, GA, IL, IN, KS, MA, MD, MI, MN, MO, NC, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, and WA. We are not hiring or able to consider candidates in New York metro, Seattle metro, or Bay Area.


Total Compensation

The following represents AgentSync’s reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation for this role.


$140K-$200K base salary

Annual company bonus program
