Growth Marketing Manager, Brand & Digital

Location: Los Angeles, Hybrid
Compensation: $130,000 - $150,000 annually (depending on experience)

About the Role

SprintRay is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager, Brand & Digital to help build and launch Level, an exciting new strategic business initiative.

This is a unique opportunity for a marketer who can think strategically, build a brand from the ground up, and personally execute the programs that bring it to market. We are looking for someone who combines strong brand vision and commercial thinking with the hands-on digital marketing and eCommerce capabilities needed to turn ideas into measurable business results.

You will work closely with business leadership to define Level's brand positioning, go-to-market strategy, customer experience, and growth priorities. You will also be responsible for bringing that strategy to life through campaigns, Shopify, content, email marketing, customer acquisition, product launches, and digital and in-person events.

This is not a traditional marketing management role supported by a large team or agency. We need a resourceful, entrepreneurial marketer who is comfortable setting direction, rolling up their sleeves, and personally building and executing the work.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Go-to-Market Leadership
  • Help define and establish Level's brand identity, positioning, messaging, value proposition, and differentiation within the dental market.

  • Develop and execute integrated go-to-market strategies that build brand awareness, generate demand, drive customer acquisition, and support revenue growth.

  • Translate business objectives and customer insights into actionable marketing plans, campaigns, and measurable priorities.

  • Establish a consistent brand voice and customer experience across digital channels, eCommerce, product launches, events, and sales materials.

  • Identify market opportunities, customer segments, and growth initiatives to support the launch and expansion of Level.

  • Partner closely with leadership to shape marketing priorities while independently driving execution.

Digital Marketing & Growth Execution
  • Personally develop, launch, manage, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across email, paid media, SEO, social, content, and other digital channels.

  • Build landing pages, campaign assets, promotional content, and customer journeys that support acquisition, conversion, and retention.

  • Develop customer segmentation strategies and targeted campaigns for private dental practices, dental service organizations (DSOs), orthodontic clinics, and other relevant audiences.

  • Create and execute lifecycle marketing programs, including lead nurturing, onboarding, retention, reactivation, and repeat-purchase campaigns.

  • Support new product launches through positioning, messaging, campaign development, digital activation, and sales enablement.

  • Continuously test messaging, audiences, offers, channels, and creative approaches to improve marketing effectiveness and ROI.

Shopify & eCommerce Ownership
  • Own the day-to-day management, merchandising, and optimization of Level's Shopify B2B storefront and digital purchasing experience.

  • Manage product pages, collections, promotions, landing pages, content updates, and customer-facing storefront improvements.

  • Optimize customer journeys, product discovery, conversion rates, and self-service purchasing experiences.

  • Support B2B purchasing workflows, including customer-specific pricing, account management, and simplified reordering.

  • Partner with Sales, IT, and Operations to ensure accurate product information, smooth customer experiences, and effective integration with internal systems.

  • Use Shopify and website analytics to identify opportunities to increase traffic, adoption, conversion, repeat purchases, and revenue.

Events, Product Launches & Brand Experiences
  • Plan and execute digital and in-person marketing initiatives, including trade shows, customer events, webinars, educational programs, and product launches.

  • Own event-related marketing activities, including messaging, promotion, registration, landing pages, email campaigns, and post-event follow-up.

  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external partners to ensure successful event execution.

  • Develop campaigns that convert event engagement into qualified leads, customer adoption, and revenue opportunities.

  • Track event performance and continuously improve effectiveness and ROI.

Analytics, Performance & Growth Optimization
  • Establish and monitor KPIs across brand awareness, customer acquisition, campaign performance, eCommerce, conversion, retention, and revenue.

  • Use Shopify, GA4, CRM, and marketing analytics to evaluate performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Translate data and customer insights into practical recommendations, experiments, and marketing actions.

  • Manage marketing priorities and budgets with a focus on measurable business outcomes.

  • Identify opportunities to improve marketing efficiency through automation, AI-enabled tools, and scalable processes.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Execution
  • Work closely with Level leadership, SprintRay Marketing, Sales, Product, Operations, and other teams to align marketing execution with business priorities.

  • Coordinate with outside agencies, contractors, and vendors when needed while maintaining direct ownership of marketing outcomes.

  • Operate effectively in a lean, fast-moving environment with evolving priorities and limited established infrastructure.

  • Balance long-term strategic thinking with the willingness and ability to personally execute day-to-day marketing activities.

  • Help build the processes, tools, and marketing capabilities needed to support Level's future growth.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, brand marketing, eCommerce, or related disciplines.

  • Demonstrated experience developing marketing strategy and personally executing integrated campaigns that drive measurable business results.

  • Experience building or evolving brand positioning, go-to-market strategies, or marketing programs for new products, business lines, or growing organizations.

  • Hands-on experience managing and optimizing Shopify or Shopify Plus storefronts, including merchandising, landing pages, promotions, and conversion optimization.

  • Strong experience across digital acquisition, email and lifecycle marketing, content, SEO, and campaign execution.

  • Experience with customer segmentation, marketing automation, CRM platforms, and performance analytics.

  • Ability to translate business objectives into marketing plans and independently execute those plans.

  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, senior leadership, and external partners.

  • Strong analytical, creative, communication, and project management skills.

  • Comfortable working in a startup-like environment, taking initiative, and operating without a large supporting marketing team.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in dental, dental technology, medical devices, healthcare, or another technical product industry.

  • Understanding of dental professionals, dental practices, DSOs, orthodontic clinics, or B2B healthcare purchasing behaviors.

  • Experience building or launching a new brand, product category, business line, or eCommerce business.

  • Advanced Shopify B2B or Shopify Plus experience, including customer-specific pricing, company profiles, and purchasing workflows.

  • Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Klaviyo, or similar CRM and marketing automation platforms.

  • Experience planning and executing trade shows, product launches, webinars, and customer events.

  • Experience in both B2B and B2C marketing environments.

  • Familiarity with AI-enabled marketing tools, automation, and emerging digital growth technologies.

What Success Looks Like

The successful candidate will help establish a clear and differentiated identity for Level, translate that vision into effective marketing programs, and create measurable momentum in customer acquisition, digital adoption, and revenue growth.

You will be equally comfortable developing a marketing strategy with leadership and personally building the landing page, email campaign, Shopify experience, or event program needed to execute it.

We are looking for a builder who can create the vision, own the execution, and help turn Level into a successful and growing business.
