Candidate must have a JD from a top-tier school, active bar admission, and experience handling regulatory issues, litigation, consumer class actions, gambling recovery, and investigations at state and federal levels.
Key responsibilities include advising clients on compliance, drafting pleadings, managing discovery, overseeing litigation strategies, and conducting legal research.
Open to multiple locations with a hybrid work model.
Compensation ranges from $225,000 to $325,000 plus bonuses, with comprehensive benefits.
