    The Staffing Coordinator Supervisor / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for overseeing staffing

    operations while providing clinical support and coordination for private duty home care clients. This dual role

    position ensures appropriate caregiver and nursing coverage, supervises day-to-day staffing activities, supports client

    care coordination and provides nursing services within the scope of Massachusetts LPN practice regulations.

    The Staffing Coordinator Supervisor/LPN serves as a key liaison between clients, families, caregivers, nursing staff,

    physicians, and agency leadership. This position combines scheduling oversight, staff supervision, client care

    coordination, compliance monitoring, medication management, wellness oversight, and clinical support to ensure the

    delivery of safe, high-quality, patient-centered care.

    Requirements

    Required:

    • Current, active, unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
    • Current CPR certification.
    • Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience.
    • Minimum of 2 years of staffing, scheduling, or healthcare coordination experience.
    • Knowledge of home care, private duty services, and Massachusetts healthcare regulations.
    • Excellent communication, organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, scheduling software, EVV systems, and electronic health records.
    • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
    • May require evening, weekend, holiday, and on-call availability.

    Preferred:

    • Home care, private duty, home health, or community-based care experience.
    • Prior supervisory or staffing management experience.
    • Experience with caregiver recruitment and onboarding.
    • Bilingual skills.
    • Experience participating in an on-call rotation.
