Crown & Raine is seeking a Front Desk Host to be the face of our luxury head spa experience. This role is responsible for creating a seamless, elevated guest experience from the moment clients walk in to the moment they leave. The ideal candidate is organized, personable, and thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Compensation:$15 - $20 hourly
Responsibilities:- Greet every client with a warm, professional, and luxury-level first impression
- Manage appointment scheduling, check-ins, and check-outs
- Answer phone calls, texts, and online booking inquiries promptly
- Ensure smooth daily operations at the front desk
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the lobby and retail area
- Educate clients on services, memberships, and promotions
- Drive retail sales and recommend products confidently
- Handle transactions, the POS system, and daily cash reconciliation
- Support team members and maintain a positive, team-first environment
Qualifications:- Prior customer service, hospitality, or front desk experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Basic computer and scheduling software experience (Vagaro or similar is a plus)
- Availability for evenings and weekends
