    Job Purpose

    Provide administrative support to the Branch Manager while assisting the Counter Sales team and providing excellent customer service. This position supports daily branch operations, including customer service, inventory, invoicing, administrative functions, and general office responsibilities.

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities

    • Routinely provide courteous and professional telephone and visitor reception.

    • Provide occasional administrative support to the Erection and Dismantle (E&D) Department, including:

    • Ensure timesheets and absence information are submitted daily.

    • Assist with other administrative needs as assigned.

    • Assist with inventory functions in accordance with established company policies and procedures.

    • Investigate equipment returns for missing equipment and prepare invoices for customers when necessary.

    • Mail customer invoices in a timely manner.

    • Maintain current knowledge of products, inventory, and product part numbers.

    • Assist Inside Sales staff with customer sales and branch operations, including:

    • Stocking and maintaining the showroom.

    • Taking customer orders.

    • Completing required sales and order documentation.

    • Invoicing customers.

    • Filing paperwork accurately and timely.

    • Advising the Warehouse Supervisor of orders that need to be pulled.

    • Assist Human Resources with general administrative tasks for the branch, including attendance and benefit enrollment.

    • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by the Branch Manager.

    Other Duties

    • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked showroom and office.

    • Maintain petty cash and assist with daily deposits.

    • Reconcile and file paperwork daily.

    • Continuously develop product and industry knowledge to better assist customers.

    • Provide professional, courteous, and responsive customer service.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • High School Diploma or equivalent.

    • Must speak Spanish and English fluently.

    • Strong customer service skills; prior customer service experience preferred.

    • Basic math and accounting skills.

    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

    • Positive attitude and ability to work effectively as part of a team.

    • Quick learner with the ability to perform a variety of functions.

    • Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and remain organized.

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    • Professional appearance and demeanor.

    Working Conditions

    • Employee will spend periods of time sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

    • Employee will spend periods of time counting and restocking items in the showroom, warehouse, and yard.

    • Work may require movement between office, showroom, warehouse, and yard areas.
