    About the Role

As our Franchise Operations Coach, you will guide new franchise partners from their signed franchise agreement through opening and their first 60-90 days of operations, helping them build the systems, habits, and confidence needed for a successful launch. You will develop and facilitate practical training for new partners and the broader franchise system, while also stepping in to provide focused, intensive coaching for established locations facing significant performance challenges.

Working within Training & Operations Support and partnering closely with Franchise Business Coaches (FBCs) and Brand Central teams, you will turn performance data into clear action plans, strengthen execution of College HUNKS standards, and support our commitment to Building Leaders and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities of the Role)

    • Own and continually improve the pre-opening journey, resources, checklists, and milestones, from franchise signing through launch.
    • Coordinate opening readiness with franchise partners and Brand Central teams, including supplies, systems setup, schedules, and cross-functional support needs.
    • Coach new franchise partners on operational execution, performance milestones, and corrective actions throughout the first 60-90 days after opening.
    • Develop and facilitate effective virtual and in-person onboarding and ongoing systemwide training, with measurable learning and business outcomes.
    • Monitor key performance indicators and ramp-up progress; identify gaps early and implement clear, prioritized action plans.
    • Maintain accurate CRM records, partner communications, opening milestones, and complete, on-time pipeline and performance reporting.
    • Prepare and deliver documented handoffs to assigned FBCs, including opening history, ramp results, outstanding issues, and next steps.
    • With oversight, provide extended, intensive task-force coaching, site visits, and operational audits for established locations requiring support beyond the standard FBC cadence.
    • Partner with the assigned FBC to stabilize operationally deficient locations, restore operational disciplines, and transition operational coaching back to the FBC.

What You Bring (Experience Needed for the Role)

    • 3-5 years of experience in franchise operations, field operations, multi-unit support, business coaching, training, or a comparable role.
    • Experience analyzing KPIs, diagnosing operational performance gaps, and developing actionable improvement plans.
    • Experience designing and facilitating engaging virtual and in-person training for adult learners.
    • Strong written communication, documentation, CRM recordkeeping, reporting, and operational handoff skills.
    • Ability and willingness to travel regularly for openings, site visits, training events, and operational audits.
    • Ability to collaborate across teams, influence franchise partners, and manage multiple priorities without direct people-management authority.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Strong project-management skills across multiple partners, opening timelines, stakeholders, and deadlines.
    • Experience within a franchise system or related service operations environment.

Flexible work from home options available.

    About Company

We live by our four core values and we are on a mission to move the world-in more ways than one! We’ve been in business for a while, and we plan to be here long into the future. That’s a big reason why we are committed to the communities we serve. It’s integral for us to be more than just a moving company or a junk removal service, we believe in helping each other and in doing the right thing for our customers, each other and the world. That's why we partner with so many charitable organizations, a table someone is replacing can help a struggling family have a place to gather. We want to make people happy in the process. We are proud to be partnered with several local charities and non-profits, and we work with them to find a second home for unwanted items and keep as much as possible out of lanfill. Providing our customers with superior service and care is  built into who we are and what we value, as is creating fun enthusiatic teams. When we are getting it done and having fun it's contagious, and it shows in our growth.
